What's your horoscope?
Horoscope? I do not have one. I am only a child of the MOST HIGH GOD. I used to consider myself a cancer until God showed me otherwise. Deuteronomy 18:10 says here are the things you must not do. Don’t sacrifice your children in the fire to other gods. Don’t practice any kind of evil magic at all. Don’t use magic to try to explain the meaning of warnings in the sky or of any other signs. Don’t take part in worshiping evil powers. The highlighted verse pertains to astrology and horoscopes. Many times we come across an article, post, or video explaining the signs in the sky. You will see something like “The start of Scorpio season” or “mars and Venus align in Sagittarius”. Don’t be fooled, the MOST HIGH GOD does not like or condone this. This is not kingdom , it is worldly. Usually when we first meet someone and there is an instant connection the question that follows is, “what’s your sign”? It’s crazy how your answer determines what happens between you and that person.
For the longest time I really believed that I only got along with certain signs, and others were a disaster waiting to happen. I let the news of what i thought was my horoscope determine my mood for the day. If “your day will be great” was written I believed it. If “trouble is on the horizon” was written I believed this as well. I recall reading a horoscope that said, “you will experience a heartbreak this summer” and then not too long after, my boyfriend dumped me. After that those pages of lies were glued to my hand because I thought it was true. Basically as long as the enemy can keep you distracted, you won't seek God. I was deceived by this for many years and even when learning that astrology is not of God. I still had the nerve to disobey him and call myself a cancer.
Not anymore! I am putting a stop to this today. I will no longer be deceived or choose to live in deception. For we do not know the signs of the sky, The MOST HIGH GOD is the only one who does. When it comes to knowing anything about ourselves we should seek him, not believe some words on a random piece of paper written by a total stranger that we will never meet. It sounds crazy when said out loud. The real question is, why do we trust man over God when we are warned by God himself that man will surely let us down. This is a question that we all must ponder. We should want to seek the Lord in everything that we do, not when it's convenient for us. So the next time someone asks you what's your sign, answer and say,”I do not have one, I’m just a child of THE MOST HIGH GOD”.
